A presentation by Dr Michelle Evans, CSU

Dr Michelle Evans has a unique combination of professional experience in management, community engagement and facilitation coupled with an excellent track record in research.

She has personally taught and mentored one hundred and twenty five Australian Indigenous business people through the MURRA and WALAN MAYINYGU programs and has relationships across the Australian Indigenous business and cultural sectors.

Michelle holds an Associate Professorship in Leadership at Charles Sturt University, is project lead for Australia's first Indigenous entrepreneurship Pop Up Hub program WALAN MAYINYGU, the co-Founder and Program Director for Australia's only Indigenous Business Master Class program, MURRA, based at Melbourne Business School and co-Founder of Indigenous Business Month, every October in Australia. Only four years out of her PhD, Michelle has been able to attract 3 competitive Australian Research Council grants, one of which focuses on Australian Indigenous political party participation and leadership.
