Alumni access card application

Your details will be verified and added to the Alumni database. In the future you should receive communications with us. We are working toward building a fantastic alumni experience, any input into achieving this would be gratefully received.

Please note to be eligible for an alumni card, you need to live within a 100km radius of your nominated campus.

As an alumni, you may be able to access certain services on Charles Sturt campuses. These include library access and access to some buildings. If you wish to access these services you will need to be issued a Charles Sturt Alumni Card.

  • You cannot be issued with a Charles Sturt Alumni Card if you are a current student, staff member, or hold a partner card for access. Your existing Charles Sturt Card will allow access to on campus services.
  • Your card will be issued in the name that is held within Charles Sturt’s student systems. If you have changed your name since studying at Charles Sturt, and wish your card to reflect this, you will need to officially change your name with us.
  • If you are changing your name, please do not submit your card request and photo until you have received confirmation that your name has been changed in our systems.

Access to on-campus services

Your Charles Sturt Alumni Card will need to be collected from a Charles Sturt Campus once created.
Please note to be eligible for an alumni card, you need to live within a 100km radius of your nominated campus.
Please attach a current passport style photograph in jpeg format, for issuance of your Charles Sturt Alumni Card. The image must be suitable for identification purposes, clearly showing your entire face and head without obstructions (such as sunglasses, hat, etc). Your photo must be less than 2 megabytes in size.
